I acknowledge that cycling, bike tours, and the use of rental bicycles involve inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidents, collisions, falls, mechanical failure, road hazards, weather conditions, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances that may result in injury, illness, property damage, or death.
By participating in cycling tours, renting bicycles, or engaging in any activities organized by HC Bike Tours SIA (Reg. No: 40103712659), I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
I agree to comply with all applicable road rules and regulations and to follow all lawful instructions and directions provided by HC Bike Tours, including its directors, employees, contractors, guides, and representatives.
Failure to comply with safety instructions or applicable laws may result in my removal from the activity without refund.
I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in cycling activities and that I will operate any bicycle in a safe and responsible manner.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own conduct and safety during tours, rentals, or any cycling activity associated with HC Bike Tours.
I understand that participation in these activities is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.
I acknowledge that the use of alcohol or any mind-altering substances before or during cycling activities may significantly increase the risk of accidents and injury.
I accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the consumption of alcohol or any mind-altering substances before or during participation in activities organized by HC Bike Tours.
In the event of injury, illness, or emergency during an activity, I authorize HC Bike Tours to arrange reasonable first aid, evacuation, or medical treatment if deemed necessary.
I understand and agree that any associated costs for such medical care, transportation, or treatment will be my responsibility.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings and any equipment used during tours or rentals.
If HC Bike Tours performs adjustments or minor repairs to a bicycle or other equipment, no guarantee is provided regarding such work.
Participants renting bicycles acknowledge responsibility for the proper use and care of the equipment in accordance with the Bike Rental Terms & Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge HC Bike Tours SIA, including its directors, employees, contractors, guides, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in cycling tours, bike rentals, or related activities.
This release includes claims arising from negligence to the extent permitted by applicable law.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless HC Bike Tours and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs (including legal fees) arising from my participation in activities or from my actions during such participation.
Any claims or disputes arising from participation in activities organized by HC Bike Tours shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
I confirm that I have read and understood this Waiver & Release of Liability.
By agreeing to this document, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily giving up certain legal rights and accept this waiver freely and without inducement.
